Customer Service Administrator Apprentice
Beal Homes is looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic individual to join its Customer Service team as a Customer Service Administrator Apprentice.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within an award-winning housebuilding company while developing the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in customer service and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email and online enquiries
- Responding to customer queries in a professional, helpful and timely manner
- Logging and managing customer care cases using the company’s internal systems
- Liaising with internal departments, contractors and site teams to help resolve customer issues efficiently
- Scheduling customer appointments and coordinating remedial or maintenance works where required
- Providing general administrative support to the Customer Service team
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer information is kept up to date
- Supporting the team with additional administrative duties as required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, friendly and confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
