Admin & Customer Service Apprentice
Forward Motor Finance Ltd is looking for a positive and driven individual to join their team as an Admin & Customer Service Apprentice.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the financial services sector while working towards a recognised qualification and developing valuable workplace skills.
You will become a key member of the team, providing administrative support, assisting customers with enquiries, and helping to ensure the smooth running of daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Making and receiving telephone calls from motor dealers, customers, finance companies, and sales agents.
- Processing and inputting customer and application data onto the company’s CRM system.
- Taking finance applications accurately and efficiently.
- Responding to customer enquiries, queries, and product-related questions.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
- Assisting with marketing activities.
- Managing emails and completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Following all FCA regulations, compliance requirements, company policies, and procedures.
- Supporting the business in achieving its operational goals and objectives.
- Delivering the highest standards of customer service at all times.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data is handled professionally and confidentially.

- A good standard of Maths and English.
