Jobs Butler is on the lookout for a confident, outgoing, and driven individual to join them as an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer. This is an exciting opportunity to step into the fast-paced world of recruitment while learning step-by-step from a young, vibrant, and supportive team. Key Responsibilities

• Learn the full recruitment & Jobs Butler process, step by step
• Manage candidate attraction and pre-screen applications
• Source, select, and headhunt candidates from job boards and social media
• Match candidate skills to client vacancies accurately and efficiently
• Communicate confidently with candidates and clients via phone and email
• Advertise vacancies across national and local job boards
• Build experience speaking to business managers and directors

Skills & Knowledge

• Confidence and strong communication skills (on the phone and via email)
• Comfortable on the phone for extended periods
• Professional, well-presented, and articulate
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport (preferred but not essential)
