Online Training Apprentice
Bostonair Group is looking for a motivated and organised Online Training Apprentice to join their Training team. Earn while you learn with a starting salary, plus the opportunity to receive a performance bonus of up to £500 every quarter!

You’ll become an important part of the team, helping to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of their online training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries.
- Responding to customer emails and processing training bookings.
- Producing reports and invoices for clients.
- Maintaining accurate training records to industry standards.
- Creating and issuing training certificates to corporate clients worldwide.
- Supporting internal departments with arranging and coordinating training activities.
- Assisting with online course creation and updates within our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Supporting the Online Training Manager with maintaining course documentation and records.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for training activities.
- Completing general office administration, including printing and document preparation.
Skills & Knowledge
- Essential Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5/6 or above).
- Friendly, professional and eager to learn.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with customers by phone and email.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team.
