IT Apprentice

Isuria is hiring an enthusiastic and motivated IT Apprentice!

As an IT Apprentice, you’ll work alongside the experienced IT team at Isuria, gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies, systems, and day-to-day IT operations. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn, get involved, and make a real contribution to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Support: Providing first-line technical support to colleagues, both in person and remotely.
• Hardware & Software: Helping set up, install, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Microsoft 365 & Systems: Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Windows and other business applications.
• IT Administration: Helping manage user accounts, permissions, and IT equipment.
• Projects & Technology: Getting involved in system upgrades, IT projects, networking and cybersecurity.
