Chloe: Bringing Extraordinary Customer Service to Sondia Lighting

Meet Chloe, the high flying Customer Service Advisor at Sondia Lighting! Chloe began her administration apprenticeship at in 2022 and has gone strength to strength, now developing into a key asset in Sondia’s team.

Currently Chloe is approaching the end of her Business Administration Apprenticeship and has already been offered a permanent role working for Sondia Lighting as a Customer Service Advisor.

Chloe decided the apprenticeship was the right option for her as she wanted to learn on the job, develop her skillset and gain an understanding of the job role, what it involves and how can she progress.

Chloe is a proven hard worker and is always keen to learn new skills, always giving 110 percent to any given task. Chloe got in contact with us after finding some of our roles. HBTC arranged interviews for her and she smashed them. Which resulted in her acquiring the role at Sondia Lighting.

As Chloe nears completion of her administration apprenticeship she is excelling in her role as a Customer Service Advisor

At first her responsibilities were to update information and filing. Over time, Chloe has gained more responsibilities which include; invoicing and processing payments, working closely with customers and suppliers, creating documents, and reviewing/updating information.

Chloe’s job title now is a Customer Service Advisor. Her responsibilities currently are to communicate with customers and suppliers, process and raise orders, manage and update information, processing payments and other general admin tasks. An incredibly impressive feat!

Chloe’s confidence has blossomed as a result of her embarking upon the apprenticeship. The advice she would give to others thinking about an apprenticeship would be to “give the apprenticeship route a try as there are many benefits.”

Chloe also said that if you are starting an apprentice “don’t worry too much about getting everything right straight away in your role. As an apprentice you are there to learn, make mistakes and develop from them.”

To conclude, Chloe is an outstanding example of what can be achieved through hard work, dedication and talent, her startling rise in a short space of time is inspiration for anyone!
