Cancellations and Non-Attendance

We understand that plans can change, and we will always try to be fair and clear with our customers.

If you need to cancel your place on one of our commercial training courses, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the course start time will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the course start time are non-refundable, as places, resources and trainer time will already have been allocated.

If a learner does not attend on the day of the course and no prior notice has been given, the full course fee will remain payable and no refund will be provided.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email.
