The Level 1 Mental Health Awareness Course is a short, easy-to-understand session that helps your team learn the basics of mental health. It’s ideal if you want your people to spot early signs of struggle, start safe conversations and understand how to get support when it’s needed.
This course gives your staff the confidence to talk about mental health in a calm, practical way.
