Mental Health Champion (Level 2)
Supportive workplaces do not happen by accident. This one-day Level 2 Mental Health Champions course is designed to help selected members of staff become confident points of support within your organisation.
Delivered by Think Mental Health, the course helps learners understand how to spot early signs that someone may be struggling, have supportive conversations, set safe boundaries, and signpost colleagues to appropriate help. The training is practical, interactive and easy to apply in real workplace situations.
Mental Health Champions can play an important role in creating a more open and positive culture around mental health. They are not expected to be counsellors, but they can help colleagues feel listened to, supported and directed towards the right help at the right time.
