As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and supporting day-to-day business operations. You’ll build key communication and problem-solving skills, all while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you may do jobs such as:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally
- Processing orders and updating customer records
- Providing product or service information to clients
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining a high standard of customer care at all times
- Learning to use in-house systems and software
About the Employer
Training Provider: HBTC
We will deliver the Level 2 or 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship programme, providing full support throughout your training journey with both off-the-job learning and hands-on work experience.
