When to Recruit Apprentices: The Best Time of Year for Employers

Summer is also a popular time for students to take on an apprenticeship, as they are often looking for a way to gain experience in their chosen field. Not only will they have a wider pool of applicants to choose from, but they may also be able to find someone who is eager to learn and ready to start work immediately.
