Supply Chain Apprentice
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our team as a Supply Chain Apprentice.
As part of the Supply Chain Team, you will support the team whilst learning a variety of aspects of business administration, this will include Customer Service/Logistics, Planning and Purchasing within a global manufacturing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient administrative support service across the Supply Chain team
- Support the teams using Oracle (Computer system)
- Data input and maintaining spreadsheets
- Using a variety of administration equipment including scanner, photocopier and printers.
- Provide other administrative duties as required
- Managing customer orders through a specific excel worksheet
- Liaising with planning / purchasing departments to ensure orders are produced in line with customer requirements.
- Manage email inboxes
- Send updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage customer data and ensure these are in line with Company requirements.
