Service Administrator Apprentice
As the Service Administrator Apprentice with WCM you will support the management of key customer accounts in providing service excellence.
This will involve supporting the internal helpdesk with a whole manner of administrative tasks and you will develop a wide range of skills.
- Planned preventative maintenance work paperwork (PPM)
- Updating and managing key customer portals
- Liaising with the internal helpdesk to ensure we meet customer expectations and KPI’s.
- Customer liaison
- General office duties
- Recording and updating information on Microsoft Excel.
The right candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the business
The Candidate must be a team player, have a keen eye for detail, have a high level of organizational and planning skills, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
