School Office Administrator Apprentice
As the School Office Administrator Apprentice, you will be required to provide support to students, staff and the Office Team.
Key Responsibilities
- To undertake reception duties, answering the telephone, dealing with face to face enquiries and signing in/out visitors and students in accordance with Academy procedures.
- Maintain manual and/or computerised records and management systems such as SIMs and Cashless Catering including the inputting and updating of registers and the checking and uploading of cash onto the student cards.
- Undertake typing, word-processing and other IT based tasks.
- Sort and distribute internal and external mail.
- Order and maintain stock levels and secure storage of supplies.
