Healan Ingredients is looking for a Customer Service Administrator Apprentice with an excellent telephone manner who has a friendly and hard-working attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders, enquiries and sample requests
  • Organising logistics (collections and deliveries via hauliers and couriers)
  • Ensuring that each customer interaction is handled professionally and to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with other departments to ensure that all customer expectations are met and exceeded
  • Establishing & maintaining effective & long-term relationships with customers & prospects
  • Answering the telephone and responding to emails
  • Supporting the sales team
