Office and Despatch Apprentice
The Office and Despatch Apprentice will be trained in all aspects of business administration and processing online orders whilst working with a small, growing team with room to develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with customers over telephone, e-mail and online
- Building excellent relationships with customers and ensuring they have the best possible service
- Updating our CRM and manufacturing system
- Processing orders
- Inputting information accurately and efficiently
- Advising customers and range of products and pricing
- Typing up shipping labels
- Use of despatch and royal Mail system
- Processing delivery / shipping paperwork
- General office / admin duties
- Packaging orders for despatch
