Apprentice Parts Administrator
As the Apprentice Parts Administrator with WCM you will receive training on bespoke systems to be able to maintain parts supplies and process quotations.
You will need to be highly organised, to work in this busy office – but don’t worry, all the training is provided to help you succeed.
You will be able to work on your own initiative once training is given and be able to multi-task. It is also essential that they can work as part of a team. Computer skills are required, but no further experience is required as in house training on our bespoke systems and catering maintenance knowledge will be taught to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing orders to our parts from our supply chain
- Receiving goods in
- Dispatching goods out
- Preparing and sending quotations for our client base
- Locating new parts supply
- Consulting with the supply chain
- Updating our call management system daily
- Uploading quotations onto customer portals
- Updating customers on parts delays
The right candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the business
The Candidate must be a team player, have a keen eye for detail, have a high level of organizational and planning skills, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
