- Provide admin support – filing, photocopying, scanning, shredding
- Emailing customers
- Reception – answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages
- Data inputting
- Assist in organising meetings
- Open and distribute mail
- Deal with deliveries
- Deal with clients daily
