Administration Apprentice
This employer is recruiting an enthusiastic and hard-working Administration Apprentice to provide reception and administration support within their office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and logging calls
- Transferring calls to relevant department
- Greeting visitors
- Organising and sending parcels via courier
- Data input
- Sending letters / statements / invoices
- Inputting Data on an Excel document, accounts package (Sage) and service package (Clik)
- Sending e-mails/replying to e-mails
- Responding to general queries and questions from customers
- Calling engineers and customers
- Making teas and coffees, mornings, lunch and afternoons
- General tidiness
- Keeping kitchen tidy
- Emptying bins
- General admin: filing, photocopying, scanning, shredding
Please note; this workplace is not on any bus routes so applicants will need to have access to personal transport.
